This review goes to one of the best roofing contractors in Harford County. Mr. Polk and his team are absolutely excellent woth their work and are transparent about the work being performed. We were in the process of selling our house and Polk Contracting ensured that all the items we requested to be fixed, were fixed and triple checked to ensure a complete job. If anyone in Harford County is looking for roofers, windows replacements or general contracting, this is the professional business that you want to utilize.
Contacted Jack for an estimate to replace some shingles on our roof. The price was fair and they had everything fixed in less than a week. Communication was great! A few weeks later we had some siding come off. I texted them a picture on Sunday and they were here Monday to take a look. Today is Tuesday and it’s fixed and looks great! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for contracting work!

When we experienced an issue, Jack Polk was the first contractor to contact me and arrived our home in a short period of time. Jack inspected our roof and performed an evaluation and did a tune-up. We discussed the condition of the roof and it was decided that we would move forward with roof replacement. Jack remained in touch throughout the process that included severe weather and wind that delayed our install. When our install was scheduled, the process was started with delivery of materials before the day of the install. On the day of the install, the roofers were at our home early in the morning. In no time, the roofers quickly and efficiently began the process of removing the old roof. Jack arrived shortly after the roofers and we discussed the process. During the process there were materials that were found to require replacement and Jack was onsite quickly with the materials. The install was flawless, the roofers were happy to answer questions and Jack remained onsite or quickly available via phone/text in the event that there was a question. Once the roofers were finished, Jack was again onsite and we discussed the findings during the install and the remediation of the issues that were found. The gutter ‘guys’ were onsite shortly after the roof install and installed the gutter guards that we included in our install. Jack was a great partner throughout the process. If there were any questions he was fast to respond with an answer. We were thoroughly pleased with the entire process from inspection and tuneup, through the install of the roofing and gutter guards. You will not be disappointed with the work that is done by Jack Polk and his contractors. Thank you Jack Polk!
Highly recommend!! Before we even decided to go with Polk Contracting, they were will to help us out until we found a roofer- making sure shingles stayed down, offering to put a tarp up for us until we decided. I decided to go with them for their helpfulness when they didn’t have to, their great great prices and quickly got us in their schedule! Thank you guys!!!
